 | The Tourism Ministry will be sponsoring an international diving event in which 400 divers will contribute to removing seabed wastes.
The event, to be held in the Red Sea governorate in June, will help include Egypt in the Guinness World Records with the biggest number of scuba divers taking part.
Such international event is also meant to promote tourism and shed light on diving activities in Egypt, said Undersecretary of the Tourism Ministry Moustafa Abdel Latif.
The Tourism Ministry and Tourism Authority pay great attention to sports and artistic events that help promote travel to Egypt. | | |
