The main task of investment office is to facilitate investment procedures for the investors through: 

• Offering investment data within the governorate zone .
• Receiving forms of application from the investors & pointing out the necessary documents for the projects.
• Studying the investors application forms to be assured of :

          (a) Validity of feasibility study   .
          (b)The financial situation.

 Demonstrating on behave of the investor the main plain of the project, Presenting it to investment committees so as to get the consent to allocate the land.

• Notifying the investor with land allocation and any further terms and conditions according to the project type.
• Attaining all security consents from the governorate through a protocol with Armed Forces.
• Checking out all issues relating to renewing the constructive planning plans.

Required documents to apply for an investment project
 

1. A request  for the Governor dating  the limited area , the city and the project. type
2. A Short primitive feasibility study including the investment liquidity.
3. Financial position supported by the following documents ( a new computer bank certificate with a bank credit disclosure ) and the credit must cover 40% of the project  investment expenses.
4. Legal from (company contract official form issued from the commercial registry office) .
